365pkr Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

365pkr is an online gaming and entertainment platform designed and operated exclusively for the Pakistan market. The platform offers sports betting (with a focus on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and international fixtures), casino games, live dealer tables, slots, Bingo and related entertainment services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 365pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all use of the 365pkr website, mobile application and any related services.

All transactions on 365pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other PKR-based payment methods. 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 365pkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 365pkr is strictly an adult platform. Anyone found to be under 18 at any point will have their account closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited.
• You must be the actual person registering the account — proxy registrations, accounts created on behalf of another person, or accounts registered using another person's identity documents are not permitted.
• You must not currently be excluded or self-excluded from the platform, and your account must not have been previously suspended or permanently closed by 365pkr for a breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering of your own free will and must not be acting under duress, coercion or instruction from any third party.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 365pkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by the platform may be closed without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 365pkr will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 365pkr support via live chat immediately.

• Registration is free. There is no charge to open or maintain an account on 365pkr.
• Account verification (CNIC submission and phone number confirmation) is a one-time process that unlocks deposit and withdrawal functionality.
• Verified accounts are not required to re-verify for routine transactions unless account details change significantly.
• 365pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point for security, fraud prevention or account integrity purposes.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 365pkr are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be listed on the deposit page.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. There is no upper limit defined by the platform, though your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank) may impose their own transaction limits.

• Deposits are credited to your 365pkr account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support via live chat with the transaction reference number.
• 365pkr does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside the platform's control.
• Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• Do not attempt to reverse or dispute a deposit through your payment provider after it has been used for betting. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in immediate account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to prevent funds being diverted to a different destination than the source.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• 365pkr does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond the platform's control.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The destination account must match the identity details on your 365pkr account.
• In cases where a withdrawal request triggers an additional security review, the platform may request supporting documentation before releasing funds. This is a standard fraud prevention measure.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

365pkr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered players. The availability and terms of individual promotions are set out in the specific promotion details at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Completing the wagering requirement is necessary to convert bonus funds into withdrawable real money.
• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account reviewed.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Game restrictions: Certain bonuses may only be used on specified games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games using bonus funds may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the real-money equivalent generated after completing wagering requirements becomes withdrawable.

365pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, and to recover bonus funds that were awarded in error or obtained through abuse of the promotion system.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 365pkr are subject to the specific rules of the event or game in question. General betting rules that apply across the sports betting section include the following:

• Bets are only accepted while markets are open. Once a market is suspended or closed, no further bets can be placed on it.
• All Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other Pakistan-related fixtures — is governed by the match result as confirmed by the relevant tournament governing body.
• In-play bets are accepted on selected markets. In-play odds may change rapidly, and a bet is only confirmed once the platform has accepted it at the displayed odds.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum time required for a result to stand, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• 365pkr reserves the right to void bets that were placed on markets where technical errors, data feed failures or incorrect odds were in effect at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown at the time of bet placement and may vary depending on the market type and event.

8 Player Conduct

365pkr expects all players to use the platform fairly and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, or forfeiture of funds:

• Harassment: Abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication directed at support staff or other players through any platform channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

365pkr is committed to providing a gaming environment that is fair, transparent and mindful of the risks that can come with online gambling. The platform is for adult entertainment only. Playing on 365pkr should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

• Set your own limits: Before you start playing, decide how much you are comfortable spending. Stick to that number — do not chase losses by depositing more than planned.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

365pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Confirmed cases of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools or other prohibited conduct.
• Suspicious financial activity that triggers anti-fraud or compliance review procedures.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 365pkr will aim to communicate the reason for the suspension and an estimated resolution timeline. Where an account is permanently closed for conduct violations, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation outcomes.

12 Limitation of Liability
